Lord & Burnham Conservatory Restoration
 

Details: In 2011 we performed a complete restoration of an ornate 1906 Lord & Burnham conservatory, originally used by this Goldcoast estate as a Palm House and greenhouse. All components were disassembled, restored or replicated as required, and reassembled. The work included carpentry, paint removal, epoxy painting, custom aluminum extrusions, custom stainless steel plate gutters, copperwork, masonry restoration and cleaning, glass, sealants, cast iron, lightning protection and doors & windows. The consultants for the project were Wiss Janney Elstner Associates, Inc., Engineers, Architects & Material Scientists.
