St. Bartholomew’s Church

Designed by Bertam Goodhue and constructed in 1916, St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church is an Individual New York City Landmark and National Historic Landmark. Nicholson & Galloway was contracted to conduct a partial façade and roof restoration as follows:
- 1,200 square feet face brick replacement
- 750 square feet of paint and stain removal with chemical cleaner
- 19,000 square feet of chemical façade cleaning
- 300 linear feet of brick crack repair
- 36 granite columns replaced
- 41 granite dutchman repairs
- 25 limestone dutchman repairs
- 9,700 square feet of brick repointing
- 10,000 square feet of stone repointing
- 2,000 square feet of marble polishing
- 2,000 square feet of Siplast roof coating
- 46 wood windows restored
