The Lotos Club

Description
Designed by architect Richard Hunt as a private residence, the Lotos Club is an Individual NYC Landmark and was constructed in 1900. When an exterior restoration and mechanical system replacement was required, Nicholson & Galloway was contracted to perform the following work:
- 4,375 square feet of brick and limestone cleaning
- 66 linear feet of parapet and spandrel beam reconstruction
- 142 linear feet of iron & brass railing restoration
- 50 linear feet of copper cheneau replication
- 775 square feet of new slate and 4 copper dormers restored
- 3,300 square feet of torch applied Siplast roofing
- Replacement of all rooftop mechanicals and dunnage
