The Pierpont Morgan Library

Designed by McKim, Mead and White and constructed in 1906, The Pierpont Morgan Library is an Individual New York City Landmark and a National Historic Landmark. When the library recently required a major capital renovation project Nicholson & Galloway was hired to perform the following work:
- 20,000 square feet of limestone cleaning with Rotec and water-misting
- 2,800 square feet of chemical biological cleaning
- 35 limestone dutchman
- 4,000 linear feet of repointing
- 7 limestone piers reset
- 1,000 linear feet of lead caps
- 300 square feet of new bluestone slabs on sidewalk
- 5,600 square feet of new Siplast roofing system
