This individual NYC Landmark was constructed in 1931. The building was designed in the Art Deco style with profiled limestone facades. In 2020 while the building was being converted to residential use, Nicholson & Galloway was contracted to perform the following work:

• 1685 square feet removal of existing limestone panels
• Repairs to the backup masonry
• Installation of shoring and stone anchors
• 1685 square feet of new AVB membrane
• 1685 square feet of new profiled Indiana Limestone panels
